“My mentor Gladys Yang Jing (second right) provided me with lots of tips before I went to Zurich. She always offered me timely help and suggestions when I had problems.” Zhou Zheng (BA[ArchStud] Year 3) said.
Chloe Fung (BBiomedSc Year 3) agreed: “She was really quick to answer each and every question I had, with a lot of detail and precise directions before and after my arrival, even offering to accompany me to open a bank account here in case I didn’t want to go alone. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t have felt so assured when I first arrived. Thank you so much Gladys.”
Right after her mentees’ arrival, Gladys, a former mentee now a mentor in Zurich, invited Zhou Zheng, Chloe and Maggie Lai (BA Year 3) to a traditional Swiss meal and a walk in the city.
