More than a mentor

“I really enjoyed having chats with my mentor, Lucy, who provided me with guidance and new insights during our conversations. She talked about her previous experiences and shared with me, and another mentee Dennis, her recent career plans, and other things besides work and academics.  She also advised us on planning our university life and studies. Lucy is approachable, cheerful and smart. I feel she is more of a friend than a mentor.”
