Decisions in life

“Venus and Jerry are very nice mentors; we are like friends not just mentors and mentee. We discussed many things about life in California and their own stories. I learnt from their experiences and have been trying to achieve my own goals in my daily life. As I have been busy with my studies at the University of California, my mentors sometimes made suggestions about entertainment and conventions here, which were really useful to know about.

They also shared with us their experiences and the story behind their decision to come to America. While I think about my future career path, they did inspire me to think more about my priorities in life and the importance of grasping each opportunity and making good choices.”
