First-person experience
“My mentor Sharon told me what the trigger point was for her to start her career in Japan, and shared with me her experience of living, working and her family life here. Since I am also thinking about working in Japan in the future, the first-person information from her is very helpful.
Sharon and I are from the same high school in Hong Kong. We have many things in common and can chat with each other more casually. She was ready to help me when I had worries and questions about staying in Japan before setting forth.
