“The mentoring relationship has given me such joyous memories and new knowledge about my studies and life in general. Thomas organised many interesting and meaningful activities, including dinner, tea gatherings, and hiking trips. From these gatherings I learnt about current issues, studies, and also life experiences. I am most impressed by Thomas’ enthusiasm and positive attitude, which encouraged me to treat successes and hardships in life with passion. Thomas is also very approachable. Even though he is much more knowledgeable than we, he is always willing to listen to us.
