The path mentors have travelled

“Johnny gave me valuable advice regarding my expectations for a career pathway and what I could do to improve my competitiveness. I was hesitating about whether I should continue on the professional path to become an engineer. Johnny told me I had already made a decision when I chose engineering as my major, but I was not yet determined enough to accomplish my goal. He also gave me some examples of how people switch from one profession to another. He tried his best to comfort and counsel me when I was a bit frustrated and anxious about graduation and working.
