【師友計劃（北京）】2023-24

“HKU Mentorship – Graduates in Beijing” Programme was launched in 2021. Mentors and mentees thrive in this mutually supportive community, from being fellow alumni to becoming close companions, advancing together and celebrating a strong bond.

2023 – 24 師友計劃（北京）啟航近一年，mentor 和 mentee 們以校友身份為起點，走過一段亦師亦友，互相扶持、共同成長的旅程，從陌生到熟悉，從舊生到好友，時光流淌，情誼長存。

Mentor: Prof Li Xianliang 李先亮（中）
Mentee: Chan Kai San 陳啟燊 (BEng(BME) 2022)

陳啟燊：”I have gained a wealth of insights into the industrialization of academic outcomes, particularly on how to integrate social resources to transform academic research results into commercial products. My mentor, Prof Li, who is highly successful and prominent in the field, has always been kind and patient, providing unconditional support and guidance throughout the program. He has offered numerous valuable suggestions and life-experience advice for my career, as well as leading me through various meaningful events to develop a deeper understanding of the current industrialization of biotechnology.”

段雅文：「我從 Norman 學習到人生優先級的考慮，處理壓力/焦慮水平等。Mentor 心態年輕，積極向上和樂觀，持續學習，極其 inspiring。」
羅美：「Norman 在自身工作繁忙的情況下，依然抽空與我們聚會，並與我們分享職業發展的經驗。不僅如此，Norman 對新鮮事物保持熱愛，我們以雙向交流分享的形式聚會。」

周昱含：「與 Mentor 交流了很多的人生、事業經驗，收穫了很多。屈老師的生活態度很讓我受啟發，我們的關係很好。」范存博：「屈老師持續拼搏努力的精神，參與鐵人三項、馬拉松等運動精神讓我佩服。也向他學習到職業道路選擇，工作態度和生活態度。」

羅港：「陳老師非常願意與我們交流經驗，對我們很好，很關照我們。跟他交流有肋職場思維提升。」

郭穎: 「Mentorship 不局限於自己的mentor，與 Sharon 聚餐時和不同的mentor交流，了解各個行業的發展，擴大自己人脈圈和資源圈。最欣賞Sharon對工作的專業和認真負責，以及平衡好家庭與工作的關係。」

司煜君:「佩服 Kevin 對於生活、工作的平衡。關係可能有待進一步變的更熟悉，還在學習怎麼和 mentor 主動接觸。」

任嘉:「與 mentor 關係非常融洽，亦師亦友！得到生活上的指導，學習融入新城市、尋找新夥伴。」
石尚:「王穎師姐分享了自己的工作和行業趨勢，這是我加入師友項目的初衷，即接觸『不同的人，不同的行業』。同時師姐作為過來人，她的職業轉變經歷也讓我對職場有了更多的思考，和對未來的規劃。」

張靖宇：「與張老師相處的過程中能從他身上感受到一種少年赤誠。這種赤誠體現在對待自己的事業上永遠保持熱忱和價值感，對待我們不是以前輩的方式進行教導，而是認真的分享我們同樣經歷過的迷茫並給予設身處地的建議。同樣地作為法律工作者，才更能感受到張老師對於法律以及律師工作的熱情和真誠有多麼寶貴。僅僅是了解張老師對於自己事業的堅持就可以獲得同樣堅持下去的勇氣和探索的信心。」

蘆冠岫：「與Mentor 開展交流活動頻率、分享日常生活趣事，文體娛樂活動的愛好，整個職業生涯的選擇等等，都讓我受益匪淺。且廖老師很有趣很親和，總能帶我們去有格調的地方感受生活。」
